Yesterday I went to my friend and played SRO with his lvl 80 char(Nuker, sword skills also open)
I got bored and went out for a job war by trader.
There was a rogue using sub class as cleric( he made hella lot buffs) nad i decided to kill him cuz he couldnt use pots much
went out and hit him crit 9320 with kd. he didnt fall down and he critted me 28k!!!

2nd attempt :

I went out by ghost walk and nuked him 11k he didn't die
He hit me 10k normal I died

3rd attempt :

I went out again and used 3rd fire nuke and hit 983!!!!
I was like WTH??!!(suppose its a buff)
Then I used a 2nd nuke(the strong one) and hit him 12k still he didn't die
He hit me 4k 4k I died again

.....

...

Lol what did u expect? messing with rogues, they are like the elite special force soldier out of all the classes. Mess with the best and die like the rest. jk. just use snowshield and u see them hensitating attacking you.

Rogues have high crit, did he use a Rogue attack or a Cleric attack?.

Im level 44 Wiz/Cleric and my cleric have an attack called offering, which is like a big giant dome looking light net, and that kills peeps, well unless they are way higher than me.

I now have an Rogue/Bard, but Rogue/Cleric is better than Rogue/Bard, i just got tired of being cleric, so i went ahead and chose bard.

Lesson to learn, Rogues are pain in the ass, But they can be 1 hitted. Use rush and 1 hit them easy. People got to make sure to take invisable pots with them when trading these days, as all the gay ass rogues are all thiefs. Dont underestimate the power of a rogue my young padawan.

Euro chars can deal an insane amount of damage, a full sun set (for its current price) isnt as effective anymore in this new gaming environment. You're better off securing the services of cleric.

I was in a hunt war some time ago, there was this xbow rogue 75+, and I was 70 then. He gets out of stealth, hits me 8k, I heal, I rush to him, he knocks me back, 4k, and then 16k crit. I died, since I have 15k hp.

Then I came back and I kd him, I didnt even manage to stab him 3rd time, he died out of demon blade kd and dragon sore stab.

Nvm I got sun blade, my shield has a critical parry ratio 100%, so it's not as likely a blader/swordman will get owned by a rogue, as much as other non shielded builds.

For the slower ones: shield = ppl will not crit u that often.

& u'd at least learn to use snow shield after u died the 1st time

was it Merik?cuase hes a lvl 80 rogue bow sub cleric...

a warlock can stop a rogue, i read that somewhere, i warlock can stun or make them sleep and a universal pill wont work on that spell.

so while the rogue is asleep or stunned, the warlock can unleash its damage on the rogue.

But, magic euro types is kinda annoying, i have one, but i always die a lot. They are mostly only good at parties.

all that g@y damage aside for rogues AND wizards, these 2 classes have invis and stealth which are currently the hardest and/or most expensive thing to counter. don't even mention fire combustion, it's absolute rubbish in a proper fight. and yet only these 2 classes contain the proper skills that can counter themselves. lame?

they're the ultimate paper cannons(maybe not the rogue even) but who cares as they'll always get the first hit on you in a proper fight with that OMGGAY damage which will be a 1 hit ko. it's just sad needing a sacrificial lamb to fight a wizard/rogue every single time since str chars get ko-ed even.

wizards and rogues are already dominating this game...

lol I pwned a wizard in that fight by opening the sahield magic defence and hit him 2 nukes and kd he died from kd

btw some1 mentioned that I had sosuns I have NOT
but he had a SOx weapon

and I found a solution to rogues!!!(maybe)
open the freezing skill of ice
use it at least 2 times
the pill take a time at them to work out AGAIN
pwn him when hes frostbite or frozen

Also if you are a glavier, teleport from safe area, open zerk if you want and use your imbue with gost spear

if hes an int char, hes probably dead
im gonna post a topic and sceenies how to do the teleport&hit tacthique

i once got bored with my lvl 73 and tried it with zerk
teleported out and used zerk and fire

Yeah ice isn't that useful....it'll slow Euros down for a bit but even slowed down a dagger rogue still has enough time to kill you....

in the time you get 2 nukes and a kd off a wizard could get 3 nukes off. are you sure he wasn't afk? and is there such a thing as shield magic defence. i think you're talking about a rogue here. besides if you took that much to kill a wizard...uhh..

and obviously the stealth/invis problem isn't counted in here since yours was a "3,2,1 go" type of fight.

I saw my friend niki_ on Oasis killed a level 80 fully farm pure str glaiver holding a sosun+5 glaive

A Pure STR bowman could tank any Euro ( and win ) because of the KB of the arrows and stun of the Strong Bow skills which could take any Euro out.
