Um... apparently theres some glitch where people can give you murderer status. I have no idea how to do it, but Id like to avoid getting this done to me in the future. *annoyed*

I was pvping some high lvl and he was using a low level bow, then this murderer comes out of the safe area, and I killed him - About that point, I see I have lv 7 murderer status, some guy comes up and kills me. [Luckily I didnt drop anything >_>]

Im not asking how to do the glitch, I just would like to know how to avoid having this done to me in the future.

I know it has to do with capes. Ive heard some people in-game talking about it, and I know it involves one or both people wearing a cape.

noob, i see those murderes all the time around pvp area, they come white, they hit u and become purple, they run, u hit them when they JUST TURNED white, they die, your a murder

if that anwers ur question ....

I could see that happening with a nuke that takes a while, but I did it with the tiger shout. If thats what happened, then the timing was just rly bad ><

Dude... I was holding my SOM spear, and I had all of my garments on - and all my stuff in inventory. I was RLY lucky nothing dropped =/

hum maybe you havent noticed but now when u equip pvp or job suit other people you can attack got their name red, so maybe he was desuiting and u killed him once he removed it

use flying da=ragon if ur spear and that soul blade skills or whatever it is if u are a blader..if ur bow just shoot him with your combo skill or something

am currently a warrior on Hercules...no ranged attacks

Yeah that could be it. If you have a pvp cape and others have a pvp cape too, u will see others in the cape with a red name. This is the same for jobbing (the people that you kan kill without any problems). Maybe that guy just desuited his cape and you killed him, thinking he was in murderer status
