how do you make a nuker, like what skills do u up when ur under lvl 30? and do i get all nukes?

some nukes not all, its personal preference.
i like fire cause it looks like ssj4 goku's 10X Ka Me Ha Me Ha

You better have a lot of gold and patience to farm.
Good equipment is very important when it comes to nukers.

As it is for any other build? A pure str in shit gear doesn't really get anywhere neither. The general rule to this game is that the gear makes the character. Alchemy was a lot more crucial at the 70 cap for nukers, but now with mana shield, alchemy for pure int is just as crucial as for pure str.

True, but nukers get their ass raped if they cant kill fast enough or if they get mobbed, you gotta pot like a maniac and sometimes even run because you just cant recover, at least STR based chars can survive even with gay gear.
Its important for every build to have the best gear possible, but i think that NPC gear STR > NPC gear INT.

Quick guide to Nuker. Contrary to previous post, its easy. This is the quick easy strategy I used and would use again.

Starting at Level 1 with ZERO GOLD.

You level Lightning and Heuksal First. You'll want your heuksal to get ghost spear and soul spear. Book 1 only. Keep them at level 1, no need for higher.

Do a zero gap with lightning as your main. I suggest just doing this straight up. Lightning all the way. Nuke, lion shout. Nuke and ghost spear. You should even with no alchemy just using +3 weapons either 1 shot, or 2 hit all the mobs. Kill fastest to kill mobs that are orange or white. If you can 1 hit something, kill that until it goes green, then move on.

For SP, I used this SP farming strategy.

Then do zero gap, till you are at a level you want to SP Farm.
SP Farming:
Drop your mastery level to 9 and level from 50-53 at Hashades
Drop your mastery level to 9 and farm from 68-72 at Nachals
Drop your mastery level to 9 and farm at 80 at Niya Generals.

Use your SP to level Lightning, Ice, and your choice of weapon, Heuksal or Bicheon. If you use Heuksal I suggest a slightly hybrid build. 90% base magic balance. If you go bicheon, stay Pure. Mana shield + Shield, no need for hybrid build.

or

Use your SP and go full elemental. Ice, Fire, Light.

Stay with 3 trees. 90 cap, you'll want 90 90 90 masteries. Only 300 available.

Save all your elixirs, break down the elements. Save all your alchemy and gold for your last set. Don't waste it on low level gears. Don't start spending money on gears until 8th Degree. 64-69 should be your first pimped set. 72-77 be your second set. Forget in between. Keep your weapon updated though, +3 should be enough. Last weapon, go all out.

Good luck. This is a quick easy leveling system.
