I dont know what to do, since this wings update playing SRO for me is imposible. No matter day or night, am I in town or out of it I have huge lags. 30 secunds lags uf u can call it lags.
I cant even chat with other people because when send what I wrote text appear after 10-20 secunds and sometimes dont appear at all.
And then this game crashes, it just close my SRO and show me system configuration.
Can anyone explain this? Does this happen to anyone else?

maybe its because the low amount of RAM that you play with...
upgrade your memory.

The update is working fine for me. I don't get any lag what so ever. Well, Hotan has always been lagging for me ( but that's a computer spec related lag, press V and I won't have any lag ) to run around.
Try do a virus scan, or spyware scan, it may help, defrag the hard drive, etc. Hope this info helps

If it was the server everyone would have a ton of lag, but when im on my brothers comp (good graphics) i dont lag at all. So pretty sure its you.

It really isnt that hard to solve lag problems. SRO is a hefty game-lag is impossible to avoid because of the size of it, but SRF isnt really the place to complain about.
Ive seen these kind of "lag problems help me" threads too many times.
1. upgrade memory
2. new graphic card
3. new computer
4. dont play the game
if anyone's been reading these lag posts, these are the same answers you get.

many people have been getting lags after the wings update, just give the game a rest for awhile..
btw, when it comes to lags and errors most people on this forum would just say its your RAM or GFX cardd :p dont be suprised if you get new ones and it still doesnt work. BUT getting more RAM or a better gfx card would make the game less laggy and better to play with.
Could be your net =/

Umm, did you not notice all the graphic settings were set back higher after the update, did you try turning them down, it actualy runs smoother for me and better graphics for soem reason, maybe i'm just lucky, though i have had server lag, thats different though

This was all editable since the euro update. They added ( wind bug ) Dynamic animation to graphics options.

It's not only the pc that makes you lag. In my case it's prolly my internet connection (although i'm highly in doubt)
If it is my pc then this is the worst game ever (4Gb Ram, Nvidia Gforce Go 7950GTX)
Although i have read about another person with the same laptop as me who also suffers of lag spikes

Try dialing back all the ingame settings to minimums, and then add each effect one by one to see which (if any) are causing the most lag.
