It looks good in lvl 1 garms... hahaha did it on my stall char in hotan... in the stall. It's different. I think it's ugly when you're wearing green tho and that's 1/2 the clothes in the game.

Its not a bug narbs. Also when you wear a cape everyone who is wearing a cape also is in "murder" mode. Not exactly but their names are red.
