Need Help Plz!!

Can someone explain why my BR16 shield is only +28% when this other one is BR14 and +40%?
It sure seems to block more than just a +28% thats for sure...
Also...would you try to pimp the BR if you were me or is 16 good enough???

sos , som , and sosuns have more % rate or percentage on those types of things then a normal one.
i hope u get what i am tryna say , cuz it hard to explain

When you have SoS/SoM/ or SoSun the stats are even better. For example that br 14 at 60% would be br 16, but at around 34-44% it would be 17 on taht sos. Imagine for sosun. Damn.

seal items have higher stats than regualr items so their % would be lower at same br of regular shield

I wouldnt touch it if i was you. It has nice stats + intl 5 str 5. Not worth risking it.

does BR range from 10-20? what is 16 for this sos shield...above avg?
i would only use 10% agility stones if i did

If you have some spare cash id up the br on the sos
28% is low 16 is ok for a normal shield since 16=60%
definately get the br to at least 18, it will up the resell value alot as well as blk alot more while your using

I want to say the max br for sun is 23~24, but ask Crumpets...I think he posted about it once.
And...combined with the bicheon passive...that means Br~32.

SoS BR 14 is 0%, whereas a normal shield with BR 10 is 0%.

well after 25+ agility tabs and elements i got my sos shield from BR16 to BR17.....
....at the expense of attr assimilation INT5->INT4
i guess i'll take it but that was painful!
