It's an international phone number. Dial it just as it is. Or, buy a phone card online, and enter that. 011 is the international area code. =)

ROFL!!!!!

with my phone plan I get free unlimited calls/long distance calls and 100 free minutes of international calls, so I called that number, atfirst it was some asian female bot voice, and some wierd gameboy (seriously) waiting music, then it stopped talking, so I just pressed 1, more gameboy music played, and an asian male picked up, and spoke in a non-english language, soooo wierd, I did not hear the word "silkroad" at all though

I just tried it and it's some lady speaking Korean I think. Maybe you want the number for the San Jose office. And lol if you press 1 there really is Game boy music, but no one would pick up
