like the satanic mosique in hotan or the muslamic symbol on some muslum npcs or the fact that you use so called "godly powers" cleric or int euro player. do you ever wonder why you dont see much buddist or other asian religish things in sro YET you see plenty from other cultures? and they refuse to chainge it.
please dont make ignorant comments if you dont agree put in a appropriate manner.
(personally i think no matter if its a picture, pixels, or somone in real life that it can in fact beat down your own religon and to all you christans out there using euro int if you care about your religon you should stop using the charicter)

Let me start off by saying my religion from birth falls under the blanket term of 'Paganism', so this is where my point of view comes from:
If it bothers you, don't play it. It's a made-up world set in semi-realistic places. There is no one prevailing religion simply because Joymax wishes to appeal to as many people as possible. Yes, there are allusions to certain religious affiliations (the one NPC wearing clothes with something in Arabic about god), but nothing that really says "LOOK AT ME!!" The game is more of a cultural infusion than anything else.
... Satanic mosque? Why do I have a feeling you're VERY mistaken on that one. As for the Muslim influences, the game DOES take place in what amounts to the Middle East, after all. It's only natural to see images that correspond with that area. Same in Jangan- looks Chinese, but I doubt the place ever actually existed.
Before this is brought up, the cross is not a symbol exclusive to Christianity. The Christians have borrowed much of their symbology, as well as mythology, from other sources, so seeing a cross in relation to healing is not shocking when seen with an outside view. Just as seeing a Hexagram being used for elemental magic doesn't surprise, or offend, me. It's a recognized symbol for what it is.
You do actually see more Asian mythology than you think. The Stone Ghosts, ofuda (first three robe talismans and what the zombie girl character has on her forehead) and Water Ghosts are all staples of Asian culture and mythology.
Personally, I've always wondered why people get so offended at the way their religion is depicted in fantasy. It's just that: fantasy. Not real. So don't stress about it. If you don't like what you see, move on to something you agree with.
