thats an illegal program detector....you must first delete the illegal program and download the new client of SRO and installed with clean...

Yeah, I'm getting that a lot too..usually takes 3 or 4 times of starting client before even get a start button to appear, then that error once or twice, then try to log in and hope server not too crowded.
