Is this possible?

For example, i promoted to lvl43, gain 3 stat points and put all the stats in INT. Then i want to go back at lvl42. Is it possible to rollback the 3 stat points that i put all in INT when i deleveled to lvl42?

No. Stats are permanent and cant be rerolled.

You get 5 stat points each time you level. 1 goes into str, 1 goes into int, the other 3 are for you to spend.
When you delevel, the ones that went into str and int automatically get taken off, but the 3 that you spend stay.
In other words... it's useless to delevel to attempt to change stat points.

it's just like the guys said.. however i think there was a special premium item that lets you reroll all your stat points..(or maybe it was SP, im not completly sure.

AHH quotes! Stats are permanent indeed. You're stuck like that until JM goes broke and dies.

I dont think that would ever happen :/ Imagine maxing out your pure int char. Super max damage but dies in one hit. Oh wait, we have euro wizards for that
