youll get at least 8m for that i reckon.
if full blues you could get 25-35m...maybe.

Nice find. Get it to +2/3. As the stats arnt great, it would be wise to put some intl and str on it. Once you do that, sell away.
Edit: 200m.? wow good luck haha.
No one in their right mind would pay 200m for 5th degree sun.

I always look in stall network and hope to find items that are priced cheaper than it's suppose to be. A girl stalled a sun glavie +7 for 1gold cause her and her bf got in an argument lol. What she did makes me look at the stall network all the time >.<
