Well i have some accessories at +4, i want to +5 so my question is do i have to put steady and immortal? Because it doesn't have durability...

Steady is only useful when your going over +5, the same for immortal as well, astral is all you need, but it's not really needed to +5.

OMG really? i always thought stead and immortal was usefull when u go for +5 or more.

Same as weapons and cloth?

Steady is to prevent durability reduction, immortal is to prevent an item from getting destroyed and Astral is to prevent an item that is +4 or more from dropping lower than +4 when an elixir fails. IMO, do not add astral on accesories, it's only a waste of $$$

Its only when you go for +6, its a fact. Same for everything

Steady isnt needed for accessories as they dont have durability so they cant get a reduce

the only think you would need would be immortal and astral if you are that way inclined

Don't waste money on accesories and astral doesn't automatically mean you'll get to +5. Well hell, waste every penny you got, then quit the game

dont waste money on astrals ever, it easier to get +5 only paying 30k for every access elixir

Not worth it, accessory elixirs are so cheap anyways.

+1, or i should say +5 to that.

When you do enough alchemy you'll realize it's not too difficult to do +5 (though it can be painful when it doesn't work). But if you wanna spend silk on immortal/astral go ahead, though it's no where near a guarantee +5 will work on the first few tries.

It is; until he gets 55% durability reduction going from 0 - +1 :D

you do not need steady or immortal to go from +4 to +5, it cannot break going up to +5, only above +5

For accessories yes as ---Rev--- said. For other equips, hmm. I've personally never had dura reduce when failing to go +5 (nor have I heard anyone else). But from my understanding of the game, theres a small chance it could happen but its just so rare. Its probably safe to say only add steady if you are going to go for +6 or higher (for non accessory equips).

Wrong about steady since steady has nothing to do with the weapon breaking. There's no reason to not use steady when plusing anything (especially an 8D 3rd tier item) because it'll just piss you off when you get the durablity reduction (yes I've gotten it on a 72 sword with great stats)

On second thought, post counts should go bye-bye all together.
