you can change the players skin to a monster by pk2 edit or simply change a general monster to a unique then use the mask of it and voila you will be unique

and since the description tells it can only copy regular monsters i think this is not possible in isro

Well, if a rogue kills Cerberus or Ivy during quest, i guess it may be possible to make a mask of him....

I bet that mask sells for like 5-10m.

It is possible to make a Hell Cerberus or Ivy mask, because they don't have the unique tag under their name, just the general monster tag, so it's entirely possible to get a mask of those two uniques. Tiger girl, uruchi, isy and yarkan though, can't have masks made of them.
