Why did they put in a capital "p" in "partial"?

what was really funny is that last night when all the servers were on inspection, i was in the middle of converstion, i typed

atleast we still have 5 minutes
and right as i went to hit enter, disconected, i timed them they closed 5 mins sooner they normally do, i thought it was funny when i saw partially fixed too. maybe there was 1 bug they figured out and fixed but not all the things that have been causing people problems, they may be slow to do anything (I almost would be too because 80% their forums seams like flames) but they do at least try partially

did any1 else notice all uniques spawn after the server disconnects?

i have premium and i login first try and never get dc
