Hesukal/Light/Fire (Dump cold or dump one of the 3).


Use a spear and wear Garment (Or protector/Armor if your lacking some serious def).

Its still a matter of what you want your char to do, if you want damage go light, if you want def and euro killing ability go ice...but with a hybrid light would be much much more helpful since you actually have mag damage to boost...

The biggest problem with light bow is crowd control...firing at uniques is tantamount to suicide if they happen to spawn their underlings...each hit would splash different enemies in the group...

Otherwise light is a solid way to go...

As for ice...besides annoying euros...most newer INT builds will be going Weapon/Light/Ice...fewer fire users means Ice is a useful PvP imbue as a main again...at least against INT chars...So anti-euro, viable for PvP against Chinese INT builds, good defenses against STR builds, and good for grinding on a budget

make your char the way you like it, guides are here to help you, not to tell you how you should play. I got a lvl 80 str hybrid against all odds, and im happy with it. Just discover your own way of playing the game.

My balance is also 70:70
Main Trees are Bow and Light
Sub Tree Ice.

PvE is good, PvP is yet to confirm.
Light gives you more damage than Ice.
But the damage transfer can b annoying.
Mag damage increase.
Reduce mobs/players dodge ratio.

Ice keeps you safe.
Dramatically lower your HP pots consumption.
Snow Shield is a must for PvP.

mayb you should try it.
