What's wrong with my PHY. defense

when i logg in game i have normal 81 defense , when i start attacking monsters i got 20 defense only, what can be wrong with that ? Can anyone help me ?

I also have a problem with my HP, when I log in I have like 900 hp and then when I start fighting mobs I have only 450 hp. :/
