Is it just me or are a lot of people flocking from SRO to play WoW? It seems many of my former guildmates and friends all moved to the evil game of WoW. I remember the gold old days, almost everyone in Vent plays Silkroad.... now this is what my Vent looks like

... the complete opposite. Anyone have a similar experience with their guildmates leaving for WoW?

played wow for like 5 months, got lvl 70, got bored as hell, came back to sro, freind are all 50lvls above me. time for me to hall ass to catch up^^

There still many people in Vent that plays SRO... just a lot less than before when I laid my guild to rest and took a long vacation.
But no worry, that will change when the 90 cap is released

this happened to a friend of mine, messed up his life, went from SRO to WoW and he said it all went down hill. i did not hear from him for 6 months and he signs on one day gives me all his stuff and tells me dont go near WoW EVER b/c his whole life got turned upside down.

I know many people that drop outta high school and spends 12+ hours playing WoW.

Same goes for SRO. I read on this forum some guy stopped eating and played for like 3 months. Ditched school AND his girlfriend

thank god im not like that, i only play sro 8 hours a day^^ but school is coming... ill be down to 8 hours a week if im lucky

Lol i only play like 5 hours a day max. Once school starts its maybe 1.5-2 hours probably...

LOL I know im old guy when I spent 4 years playing EQ "EverQuest" The day I gave up I had something like 742 days played. Thats counted in 24 hour days.
I think I played every night after my son went to bed for 6-8 hours. Being a single parent makes for a very boring night life.
