Hello All,
I'm a new member to SRO and these forums. Thought I'd say hi and all.
Anyways, I have a lvl 13 char that I'm going to SP farm on Zeus with at lvl 16 , the chars name is Harbringer.
So like any advice about the game and all?

Hi and welcome to SRF.

Well first of all is your char chinese? if so, then at 16 is a good level to start farming.

Having a sos bow would be great and stick in the bandit fortress would be very good cuz of the loads of bandits archers they spawn there.
Your sp gauge will go crazy.


About the game itself, just dont bot, dont scam, beware of scammers, dont try to fall for the "want to make your weapon sun +9?" and silly things like those.
Just try to meet people and hopefully you can have a really nice friendship and make a bunch of loyal friends to chat and grind with.

If you have any doubt about the game. i.e buying or selling an item. You could post it here first and get some help for people who has more experience in this game.

I don't have the money to get a SOS Bow, being my first char. I have a few really cool friends though that helped me get on my feet. at lvl 13 I'm using a lv8 SOS Glaive a friend gave me.
I have one question that bothers me though, The cursed heart quest (I believe) allows one to delevel a mastery. Now, do you get the SP you put into that lvl mastery? How many times can you delevel on a char?

You get only 80% back of sp and unlimited i think

I was thinking and I got one more question. Being pure INT Lightning/Fire Nuker what armor should I use? I hear people are starting to use Armor and Protector instead of Gaurmet.

Garment for STR
Protector,Armor for INT
SUN Garment for STR/INT lol..

i'm all garment even tho i'm a hybrid int.

I've heard pure ints wearing armor do very good cuz of the "balance" they have against str builds.
This means that you being pure int, your mag defense is high but your phy def is low. And by wearing armor your phy def will go up a lil bit, enough to take some hits coming from str builds.

As in for protectors, they're kinda in between, it's the most balanced clothes cuz they provide you mag and phy def. It's phy def is not better than armors but it still gives you defense, and same for the mag def.

And garments gives you (being an int build) way more mag defense, enough to fight against int builds but weak against str builds.

So saying at lvl 16 with a 9 lvl gap I'm gonna try and grind like 20k sp, how long do you think it will take with a reg weapon instead of SOS?

thinking about the time will drive you crazy, hehe

all i know it's that it will be a lot.

if you can charge silks and buy tickets and stuffs, it will help you in the proccess. Without those it will definitely take a long time. But this game is all bout patience and time you invest in it.

farming is hell xD
i get ksed a lot with a sos+4 lvl16 bow T^T

u need to get a item picker and a ticket so u wont die of bordom in the process

Good luck farming.

farm about 5 - 20k now.
then farm the rest l8er on a higher lvl.
or you could do what im gonna do with my euro and "almost" did with my chinese.

just 0 gap to the cap or close to the cap

like 52, 64, 72

then use cursed hearts to get a 9 gap
then farm on w/e lvl your comfortable on.
honestly farming on low lvls is a bitch, just my opinion.
also if you need tips o w/e, just pm me on this forum.

(i was 2 lazy to make a blader on zeus and get him 2 lvl 26 so i cant help you ig)

Just try to do it as long as you can handle it. It is worth it even if you start off with a great non SOX bow until you get one. If you can't keep it up any longer, follow Barotix lead and enjoy the game. You might want to see a bit of the game after all, since this seems to be your first character.

hey black what character (name) do you play on rome?

Here's there problem though, with my build I need tons of SP, and I don't want to be going into the triangular conflict without all my updated attacks (lvl 20) the ride up to lvl 52, 64, and 72 will be hell. I didn't get lvl 7 mastery on all the things I needed until I was lvl 9. Im going to grind out as much SP as I can, then level with a 3 lvl gap.

yeah as for farming yes. Bow means you dont have to run to kill the bandits. just stand cool in one place, chill out a bit and let the bow do the killing.

i combine both. anti devil is strong but even stronger with the imbue. it might waste more mp but it does more damage, and u need to kill things as fast as u can while farming.
