is that just the joymax way of spelling SOS or is it something differnet?

To clarify, and since no one has actually given the correct answer to this amazingly... COS stands for "Call On Summons" referring to wolves, the Rudolf's, horses, and any other kind of summons.
Yeah, now you know.
