Can I get away with not doing quests for Euro?

If you're an Euro, you pretty much need to do them because they are so linked. Chinese, ehhh.

Ive done one qwest the inv. expansion qwest and iam leveling up just fine.
But if you dont do qwest you should party up to kill kill party monsters and get more exp.
