sro not launching?

is it only me, or sro isnt working? lol.

I have the sro launcher window but the start button isnt appearing,a nd i cant see the notices....what happens? >.>

Ah you see this sort of thing happens whne you wake up and you only think about playing, and you dont even bother watching the date and see it's weekly inspection time.
