25 or 30 im guessin, the % isnt the total possible though its how much better than NPC apparently =/
so you need NPC stats aswell i think.

first SOS or SOSUN item i ever saw on Europle, personally i did not get a SOS, SOSUN or any Seal drop in over 3 months.
