Euro Earth Shick Hunter NPC Kills Bystanders

While thiefing, outside constantpiles gate, Some Level 80 Thief spawned Magicans, With that Earth Shock Skill It Killed all the Low levels around them. So I guess u can still Pop . With Such a huge attack area, it was easy for the theifs to blockade the gate and stop low levels leaving. The high levels couldnt attack the NPCs, unlesss they put on a thief suits themselves.
