little help?

I downloaded it so what am I suppose to do to get it started? when i click on it a little gray box appears that says Please wait. Am I doing something wrong here? Am I suppose to extract anything here?

Just wait, i had to wait 5mins after the box 'Please wait' popped up, then it asked to uninstall sro, then install euro o.0
