Help eachother out!

When you make a party using Euro chars do the following for yourself and the ppl trying to join.

1) Give a level range. You can set a level range requirement for your party. USE THIS! If I am looking for a grind party, I dont want to have to join 40 parties before I finally find one in my range.

2) Look at the type of char trying to join! I hate joining a party and having somoene say, "Oh we have too many XXXX already" *kick* Dont accept someone if they are the wrong type of player you are looking for.

3) Share gear. You are supposed to be cooperative. If you get an armor drop and you are a wizard, give it to the tank! If everyone did that, there wouldnt be an issue in parties.

People have to relearn how to play SRO. Chinese are soloists. They do better when they dont share and dont help eachother out. Euro is the OPPOSITE. We NEED eachother. cannot train well without eachother. Train accordingly!

I completely agree with the point on level range.

the thing is, these solo players are just used to throwing up a party for the 4/4 player exp boost and grinding away. Now they have to realize its about teamwork. Youre right about the current situation, i have to join around 10 diff parties to find one in my player range, hopefully people will start specifying what type of player they need and lvl range when people hit higher lvls and start to need clerics and bards.

Which btw i can barely find any...bards are like SOS drops..

i agree to all but some people will stick a noob in their party to level him quickly to their level. it can be effective but i would rather use the correct level range. good ideas.
