Yea.
When it says your seeding, that means that the download is done and you are strictly providing the files for others.
My rule of thumb is not to stop seeding until i at least have a ratio of 1:1 (or 1.000 as shown in the program) meaning that i uploaded to others the same amount that i downloaded.

ye i think after i downloaded mine, it took only an hour to dl it and then i left to work and left it to seed. I think i seeded a total of 5gb in 8 hours since i left for work till the time i came back.

i dunno.. i usually like to be generous and get a good 1:9 ratio.. though that's just my Demonoid side showing..
