Well, a lot of people bought the Premium so they can login the game even if there was server traffic. If JM continues to fight against bots, they will sell less premium tickets because the servers will continue to be populated or easy.


Considering that Premium Ticket cost 200 Silk and the Log-In Issue is no longer a problem, its basically just worth 130 Silk which is how much the gold ticket cost. 70 Silk is too much for the added bonus stats and the Premium Quest.


Only if JM would change the Premium ticket and add an extra 100% SP gain which comes out to a total of an additional 100% XP EXP and 200% SP Gain.

Premium is basically equal to Gold Ticket + SP Ticket so why not add an extra 100% SP on the Premium Ticket?

It makes sense but if JM wont add it, I guarantee you that they will stop their fight against bots since they are making less money on Silk.

However, if JM continues their fight against bots, people will probably not get the Premium Ticket but rather get both the Gold and SP Ticket and use them at the same time.


Should JM change the Premium Ticket instead of an additional 100% on both XP and SP should they change it to 100% XP and 200% SP? Or maybe 150% on both XP and SP since the other stats are there anyway.

Well, I think ppl will still buy PT, even if the servers are less crowded. I mean, the difference between the price of the GT and the price of the PT is not very big. And a PT has more cool stuff than just a 100% xp helper. Is more useful and has additional stuff I really like.
Anyways, I will still buy a PT, no matter how easy the servers can be.

Servers being crowded or not won't affect my decision on buying a PT. I like the PT because of the additional bonuses that don't come with the regular GT.

Well for now everything seems cool, but lets wait and see what is ahead and decide whatever is worth buying anymore silk

Maybe 50 silk but not more. But then again, the quest pays off however, the fact that you cant pause GT anymore, doing premium quest will saux

What would be good for business is completely banning bots. Why? Because people, such as myself, are more compelled to spend money on a company that shows that it is willing to make a fun gaming environment. Some people, such as myself, are not willing to pay money on a game that simply riddled with bots. However, since Joymax hasn't banned any of the botters, they still won't be seeing any of my money until they do. This could be a win-win situation for them if they want it to be.

they might. for once they do good and there gettin more and more flamed for it. if your so fed up of them quit the game. sure theyve got glitches but so does every game. sure theyve got bots. so does evry game.

i dont mind those gold miners since there are actually people playing those chars. Like in WoW for instance, there are plenty of gold miners but you wont find any botters.

What are you talking about? PT adds 100% exp. meaning Both.

If you have PT and SP ticket, its 200% ++ Exp and SP.

What im saying is that instead of 100% XP and SP extra, it should be 100% XP and 200% SP or 150% on both instead of the 100% on both.

I gotta give JM props here. They DID try and it has made a pretty big dent in the bot issue. Its not perfect. Nothing is. But the update and the considerable drop in bots has definitely renewed my interest in iSRO. New things to do, changes in old things and I can log in now... Im happy with that. THe PT only bothered me when you couldnt log in without it, not because the game is crowded with real people, but because it was crowded with bots. The ease in logging in now tells you JUST how many bots there were. Yes, some are getting through, but not that many and Im hoping that JM continues doing what they are doing. I dont need them to be banned. I dont care if they CAN log in. Botting for most people is like crack. They are fine before they get it, once they get it, they cant go back. If forced to hand grind once again, most will probably quit altogether and move on to other games. YAY!

I havent been anywhere near Takla in a long time. I do know that they bunnies were empty... the mujigis are empty... Everyone is packed into Euro atm.

I agree. I've been on break for a month now till the update and I'm impressed that the servers are easy to get on any time of the day.

@topic starter - Alot of people got sick of not being able to get on without having to buy a stupid ticket if JM can keep the servers at least some what clean , because there will always be some bots here and there ~_~, it could actually attract new people that will buy silk and maybe even convince some of us to maybe buy silk again... If I can log in to SRO at least most of the times than I just might start buying silk again myself. The server being full with people is one thing , bots ... well thats another. I could understand it if it was actually full of PEOPLE but I'm not going to waste my money on silk when I can't ever log in because people feel the need to cheat

It's not like they have to change much to release a new version of the
bot, Just do their litte changes to the bot and sro_client.exe and they're done.

Gold bots are what makes up most of the bot population...

Gold bots are what makes up most of the bot population...

bots and miners are different.


Miners are those who seek something to gain where botters do the same thing but no real person is controlling the character/player.

I could care less if the server is full of legit players and its hard to log in compared to having a server full of bots and its hard to log in.

who needs PT now that u can login easy again? people did indeed only buy it to reserve a direct slot on the login, so no more hassling for 3h straight to get into the game. sure all those extra bonusses might come in handy and provide some extra 1337ness to your character but having to spend 200 silk aka 20 bucks for that shit is just beyond me.

if they increased those premium questdrops, added an extra increase in spx and another special feature then i might be tempted to buy it. they should simply make such a ticket more attractive for fully farmed levelcap characters, the extra bonus stats are good but to spend 200silk just for that while being all maxed out and at levelcap is simply too much to ask.


and for the love of god joymax, i've been mailing you forever about the ticket issue!!! just freakin implement a timerswitch feature on a ticket already, so we can activate the ticket ourselves when we're going to grind and when we're not too! turn it OFF and ON by a simple command <_<
