im a cleric should i go str or int

INt if it's main, but if it's sub ,then you can go with rogue or warrior main, cause i've seen some str with cleric sub and they work out ok.

Full STR...
Your job is to heal..not fight...if you find yourself fighting then something went wrong...in which case the HP will keep you alive so that you can keep others alive...Also Clerics are gonna be heavily targeted...so you'll need all the health you can get...

should be pure int woundn't want to run out of mp and not be able to heal in fact hybrid actually does seem like a good idea with cleric since you wont be attacking anyway and your healing skills are based on a constant value

yes, but it can sometimes backfire and draw more mobs than neccesary an if the tanker dies then a cleric dies then another cleric, it would be good to have some hp to take time to res others.

the only way the tanker would die is if the cleric is doing it wrong (ex, a pure str cleric is doing it wrong) or if the cleric runs out of mp (ex a pure str cleric does)

depends on what kinda cleric u'r gonna make.
if u'r gonna be full support, and won't have those powerful nukes endgame, then by all means go pure str, or str hybrid. u'll only need enough mp to keep up with pot use, and the rest for hp.
if u'r gonna use that 900 % nuke, then u'll prolly wanna make a pure int cleric, maybe have wizard or warlock as 2nd mastery.

Clerics do have absolute damage spells that are not dependent on INT...that do consistent damage...the Full STR thing wasn't meant to come out like that...I was leaning more towards a 1:1 hybrid, or a 70/70 balance build of sorts...

I suggest a full str or hybrid Cleric+Bard, and use the Bard skills to regen your energy. That way, you can tank and still have decent energy. Neither healing or bard mp regen depends on int or magicall damage.
Or worst come to worst, a full int bard should be able to keep refilling a cleric 's energy, even if he is full str. And the bard will not be a top priority target of the mobs so don't worry about him.
