1. what exactly is an academy and whats it for and what does it do?

2. how do i make the party ppl are talking about, uno the nw where party mobs appear and you get good exp. Do i just make a party or does it have to be exp/item autoshare??

2. not sure but i think it has to be a 8 person party...not sure
