Stats on gear changed? Wth

Has anyone notice a drop or increase in white stats?
My shield before update was Block20 now its block 19. This happened to two other guildies. Ones block went from 10 to 18 and the other from 18 to 16.
A friend's sword's mag attack power increased...
Anyone else seeing any difference in gear?

My BR stayed at 18, but the mag attack went from 80% to 79%, and the crit from 6 to 5 (sword).

I upped my bow's phy damage from 0% to 80% about 10 minutes before shutdown. If it's back I'll kill somebody...

I smell rollback. This happened during cap raise to 70 or 80 i forget.

crit on my glaive went from 12 to 11 :/
