so im 76 now
i have fire at lvl 76 ='/ and is wonderin will mana shield be worth the delvl
i know that you cant know for sure cause new skills havent come out yet but what do you predict? and for those of you that have played csro do you think its worth it?

also i know that fire masterie gives you the skill to counter against a rogues invisibility so is that better to have or mana shield

GRRRR!!!!!! gotta delvl 76 lvls of fire without silk ='( which means only 80% silk back and waste of ton of money that i dont have

Yes, delevel fire. Its useless for int.

Delevel fire, however if your still not sure just wait, the update is in like 8 hours and you can decide afterwards.

It won't be much of a difference. Seeing as the lvl 80 glaivers will have maxed mana shield too ..... So it's more like both people using iron wall and bloody fan.

i dont understand how ppl can even consider deleveling a lvl76 mastery with presumably max imbue as well, and lose 10,000+ sp just like that. for me as a handgrinder who hardly buys silk, that is totally out of the question.

you wont lose 10k sp, more like 1k.

It just costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time through curst hearts. Expect to see more pots fights in the future, however.

im not sure...mana shield is gonan ownz but we also getting new book of ironwall, and with that maXed out, tanking 101 for nukers

as cap raises, that will be a lot of delvling.

yea drop fire that's what im doing you might do lower damage but anyway skill will be adapted to the cap

My main char is a level 31 STR fire/light/bowman/force.
For what reason does fire suck now?

hell yeah you will. it takes around 50K sp to lvl up fire to 76 including max fire imbue. 20% of 50k = 10k sp lost. go check your mmosite again.

Fire is becoming obsolete for ints only. They need to get ice now cause of the new mana shield skill. They cant drop light because of the buffs and nukes. They have to choose between fire and weapon mastery.

For STR, who dont need ice, fire should still be a main.

Yes mana shield is in the ice tree.

IIRC the new lightning nukes are stronger than the fire. I remember someone telling me the %s are much better, dont know if its true though.

and take heuksal from 60 to 0
then bring ice to 80

would 80 ice 80 lightning 80 bicheon 60 fire be stronger or weaker then

What new light nukes? When are they coming out?

To keep fire imbue at your level, you need to level the imbue skill AND the fire level, so either the extra SP needed is worth it, but it probably isnt.

I think the age of fire and its dmg is over.

For PVP, Mana shield.

For PVE, party spawns and elite giants, powerful mobs, etc... basically, ice can be a big help and do some... considerable damage, seeing as how it is STILL a nuke ( with lightning as first or secondary shot )

No, you cant do that. And the difference in dmg between the imbues is pretty insignificant.
