i cant go on the....

i have seen pictures of people on city walls ect but i cant walk on the stairs ect. as soon as i touch the stairs my charachter stops like it has ran into the wall....
any help?

i think you can only go on DW walls.
JG walls are blocked off

The wall you can get on is in Don. Go to the stairs to the left and right of east gate. You can go up those.
