This is weird

Ok so i was downloading Euro which was taking a hella long time so i decided i would play SRO while i wait for the download to finish. So im getting all these lag spikes. Seriously non stop lag spikes. I figured that this was pretty normal since i was downloading Euro and it would obviously create tons of lag. Few hours later i finish downloading euro and log back into SRO. I figured the lag spikes would be gone. It turns out i was wrong... It got even WORSE. I disconnected within 2 minutes of logging in. I kept getting back in of course and evantually the lag went away... For now...
I used a return scroll and i went back to Hotan. My character was standing there in an empty town. It was still moving (breathing/holding spear) but i couldnt make it run when i clicked somewhere. Turns out it was just lag but the other players wouldnt show up on my screen and then i disconnected. So someone tell me why im lagging like this. I was fine until today. Is it because i left my computer overnight to download euro or is anyone else getting this?

yea I never lag..but today I have been getting crazy lag spikes like that.

i lag alot ,but if ur downloading ,while playing u will sure lag lol

So does this have anything to do with the fact that i downloaded euro which took up alot of space on my computer or does it have nothing to do with that???

Because one day when i hunt down uru i dont wanna get pwned by some lag spike that disconnects me after making me freeze for 5 minutes
