I ran a spyware check and i found out that a keylogger was running on my silkroad.exe file so i deleted it and was wondering if anyone could upload thares so i dont have to download everything again

now whare i got this keylogger is quite strange...i have only been around in this site and mmosite.com...the only silkroad related file that i downloaded was the euro version from SharpShooter324 (in his commets it said it had a keylog ) im not saying its from him just that i got it and those are the three silkroad related or any game related places ive visisted and the only file ive downloaded in the past 2 weeks

I did a scan maybe a weekago and got the same result, I havent done anything to it as I know they have been having issues with the client being picked up as such things by virus scanners and I havent been hacked so I would assume its just another thing like they have experienced in the past

aww...but i already deleted the silkroad.exe ...just that file... now i cant get silkroad to lauch i need to download that file.. and any1 upload it please??

you could always just go into the vault or something depending on the program and restore it

do any of you have a free spyware detector, i jsut noticed my thing only does virus

also, your saying its a false positive on the keylogger?

that day will feel like forever...but i guess if no one will upload that file for me thats my only choice...

Just do a system restore and that should take of it. If you're on a PC then go to control panel and then select performance and maintenance and on the left side it will say see also and uder there will be system restore. Follow the dirrections on thast and it should do the trick.

yea umm the restore thing asks me to show it what file to restore....i deleted it thus i dotn have it...

o i thought u meant full systerm restore, like 100% completely whiped out.

search google for a program called recover4all it can bring any deleted thing

Do try to figure out where you got the Keylogger , To prevent things from happening again.

if it had keylogger when u deleted it ,it will have it again after doing system restore

Im hurt...but i def didnt put a keylogger in it. Not even sure how to . Yeah i noticed the comments, the guy who said it also said that him and Joymax scanned it lol so there you go.
