I was playing my friends char when i found this strange guy. Lv 10 with nukes and with power guard of ice.

He must of delvled.

Deleveled 50 lvls?

He was high level once. But he got hacked quite sometime ago. The hacker spammed his ID and Pass through Global.
[He for sure was in a b0t guild]

IMO, he deserved it for all the racist comments he made against people in game.

If you de lvl the higher lvl skills are not avaible anymore nor are your higher lvl equipment pieces so thats not the trick...

So , what the hell ?

if you delevel but keep your mastery the same, high level skills are useable. only equiptment is not. thats why he has noob gear on.

you CAN still use high level skills even though you delelved as other people stated. Ive seen it many times.

Here is some of the people who have deleveled after being hacked on Venice:

alot of them have been banned but Holy_Thunder hangs around jangan south gate and he always hits me with the 3rd fire nuke even though hes only like level 1X.

Wow I can't explain that, maybe lag or something? And about the high level skills with the low level char its possible just try it yourself get yourself to a high level go on a pk spree and just de-level tons of times and there you go.

Exactly. It is the difference between Fly, FIy or ping_lo, ping_Io, or SuicideGrl, SuicideGrI and these are just people on Xian who have used it. But just a heads up. After tuesday, the names will no longer be the same. Euro comes with a modified font to show the difference between I and l.

Rebeon is a dear friend of mine, Charles. He got hacked then global'ed out his information. He was one of the legends from the 70 cap on Oasis. When you de-level, your masteries will not, so your lvl 69 with 69 skills, you de-level back to 67 for numerous reasons, you'd still be stuck with 69 skills. I think I still have the info to his account.
