He's obviously very excited...he's from the Phillipines, and he's on Zeus, and he either wants you to add him to a pinoy guild or he wants you to join his own pinoy guild...given the numerous devils...I'm guessing he's someone who is thinking of dominating the server and so forth...

proper section; guilds in zeus.
