does it increase the money you get per trip?
what does increasing your merchant level do!?!?

Why don't you try and find out for yourself when the update hits. Cause it does nothing atm.

i think it increases the money by 1k or so and maybe also its easier to kill thiefs

Spawns tougher thieves and you can carry a little bit more goods.

So do job lvls actually mean something when the new update comes? I knew the trade system and stuff was changin, but I idnt know if lvls were implemented

allso the more the % rises the more items you can take while staying at 1* at least that's what i noticed...
