Out of Examination or working time?

Well I try to start up the game this morning and I keep getting a sign saying Server is in Examination or out of working time please referr to
http://www.silkroad.co.KR
This is after reinstalling so I can get rid of my pk2 file etc etc

either ur internet is down, or the server really is under examination.
or something else

If my internet was down I wouldnt be able to post this >< and before I rein stalled it I could get to the boat login but then I realized I should probably reinstall.
And now it referrs me to korean site WDF

so the server is most probably under inspection

Yep But none listen on site :S
Just says that there is an emergency expection on zeus that FINISHED and now there is the client one coming soon..
Hmm I guess ill go to school and see what happens when I come home
