My Mysterious Demise

The crime scene:
I was sitting AFK for a couple of hours just inside one of the main gates of Jangan, next to an NPC soldier. When I got back, there was a confirmation window asking if I wanted to be revived and all my hit points were gone.

The particulars:
I am a level 18 character, don't own a cape and am not a member of a guild.

The riddle:
How did I die?

12 gold to anyone who can solve this mystery!

The Situation:
I'm capped player bored out of my mind. Only lower levels are pvping and not a job suit in site.

The Evil Plot:
Put on a trade ID card and max out a transport. Sit around a crowded pvp area or gate entrance that has players stalled all over/in range.
Wait for it.......
Wait for iiiiitttt...............

*Spawn* Kill the transport run a away. Watch everyone get killed in the area and attack any lightning imbue bow npc thief. Make your way towards the gate and hope the thief doesn't run through.

Now the simple task of standing near the stallers and watching them drop one by one from the lovely splash damage.

The investigation is closed and the consensus among the detectives at the scene is that it was an NPC Thief Bower endowed w/LectricShave.

The grand jury did not return a verdict on whether this death was the result of careful planning by a bored maxed out player ... unless that was a confession Corrupt. (If so, watch you back when I hit lvl 20!)
