Ok, so I guess this might mean we're getting a 80 Lvl/Skill Cap for Euro! OMFG! I'm so excited! Hahah!
Here's the thing though, I'm not sure if those new skills are over 60 skills... Haha! And a downside is a possible 6th degree item cap... But still... Muahaha! Can only hope for the best!
