hi all im new to silkroad and these forums i just wanted to make a post and say hi to all of you guys. i have been reading the guides here for a while now for my pure srt fire/lighting glaive...and thares one thing i wanted to ask, about the europe thing...is this like an expansion or update or is it something totaly different on different servers ect?

It's an expansion, not a separate game/server.

In regards to your question, Twysta is right. It's an expansion / update to the game, and will take place on all pre-existing servers, as well as all servers in the future. You're going to need to install the update in order to play SRO with Europe, meaning that you HAVE to play with Euro once it comes out - you have no choice. You can also have Euro characters on your pre-existing account, along with you Chinese character, and yes, all characters, whether Euro or Chinese, share the same storage. oh ok tnx for the info... i tryed to download it from the site via torrent but its not downloading is thare any other alternative?

I'd say that it's safe, and all the comments there are people who aren't smart enough to find out that those are all false-positives, but either way, download it at your own risk. Believe Zypher uploaded one as well. It's on NB's website.
