You need to go outside, take your clothes off and stab yourself in the foot with a rusty fork. After obtaining 'Human Blood' take the quest item to Jex. He is an evil enchanter who will fortify the blood with vitamins and minerals. After receiving enchanted blood, return home and unplug you computer. Pour the enchanted blood into your video card and turn the computer back on. After that, you will receive the Euro Client, along with a capped Euro wizard with GM gear.

No.. just wait till the Euro is released then load up your existing client and it will magically update your Chinese client to the Euro client instantly!!!!!!$&$6!^!&!71&!!!!!!
