Well for anyone who saw my post before on my 100% magical sword find, ive finally gotten it to +7 tonight after many weeks of contimplating if i should risk it... well it paid off... I now have the best lv72 +7 sword on the Athens server (non-sosun of course)



What scares me is if I should try to fix the crit... I need a honest second opinion if its worth it. Im a lv78 hybrid sword nuker with a 90% magical balance without any gear on and w/out my prem ticket.

Should I do it????!! AHHH

I can use over 30 stone with 30% assimilation and never get assimilation so yea lol... go with 10% or 5% stone tough

i wouldnt take the chance at all

wow nice sword, grats on +7. Do NOT try to fix its crit. Challenge stones usully change stats other than crit, well thats wht happens to me. That could change the very beauty of a 100% mag sword

100%? thats nothing mines 900%

ya, dont try to change it, 100% is very rare, dont bother with the crit, especially if ur int hybrid...crits arent that big of a deal, the 100% mag has nice appeal and resale value as appose to 70% mag and a crit of like 10...dont mess with it

90%+ magic balance means most of his damage is from imbue/nukes so don't touch the crit, it's not worth it to gain a slight increase in crit if you lose 10% damage overall from messing up your weapon's Magical Attack.

nvm the crit. what you should be concerned about is the block ratio. its no fun getting block every 2 nukes you fire, and esp dealing with glaivers who put on shield every time they get KD.

but nice sword btw. i would have a hard decision too if that was my sword. take away the 100% and this sword becomes another ordinary sword. hard decision.

I would use some Penetration Stone and Focus stone. to tweak the att rating and the BR.

i think you meant Discipline stone

actually, im willing to bet that the first stone she throws in will not get any assim. the problem is that the target stats to fix are not 0%. there is a good chance that it will become 60%->3% or 22%->0%. When that happens, she is forced to throw in more and more stones to fix it. THAT is when assim usually comes up to bite you. once you get into the frenzy of alchemy, and when 10% stones run out, you WILL start to throw caution to the wind, 20% 30% all goes. That is the real danger.

in theory nukers are based on magical attack which dont require crit

so if you prioritize fixing up your sword..

i would put mag atk first (especially since its 100%)
then everything else after

go go go to +8 !
make the crit higher! don't stop till the crit is 100% ! xD

what you can lose with magic atk assimilation is way more than what you
can win with upgrading your crit.

Gawd, 100% magic bal is super nice...it's best to go with what you already have (super attack power) instead of sacrificing it for the indefinite (crit).
