dono if any1 else already knew about this. but i discovered that if u have an sos item on ur skill bar then put a skill over it, then your skill will have the little star going around it!
. you can still use the skills as normal and everything. its just for fun, dont try to pwn at pvp

I found this out a long time ago too, it also worked with summoned pets.

I don't think they were in the 1st beta, but the 2nd beta which was from Nov 25th, 2005 to Jan 9th, 2006 had sos items, I got my first one in december for like 800k, had no idea what it was lol, I heard they gave you some new skill or something >.>", but without all the 24/7 bots they were SO much rarer.. ya know, like it should be. I think this is actually when global chats first came in the game as event items lol(they should still be >.>)

+1 I got my first sos on troy, and I only played troy during the second beta test...npced it for 20k...
