I recalling reading somewhere that the % varies by supply and demand. Also, depending on you char lvl, transport, and star runs; your profit will vary.
I always keep track of how much I make on these runs; I could tell you with some certainty that a 5 star run at lvl 42, with camel, from DW to hotan; the gross profit is 320K (does not include cost of camels, pots for camel, buying goods, and paying hunters if they want gold).

In euro getting items for trades are way different than now. You get items in the bandit dens.

You are able to buy at the den, but you can still trade between Jangan, Downhang and Troy and Constantinople and on the other routes.

As I remember, Hotan-Jangan was around 700%.
Hope that helps.

If you trade you will make an almost non-existent profit after you factor in all the costs involved. Not worth it. Just get to 8D level as fast as you can and find yourself some suns then it will end all your financial trouble.

Hotan --> Jangan = 641%
DW --> Hotan / Hotan --> DW = 443% (or around there)
DW --> Jangan / Jangan --> DW = 386%
I've never compelted a trade from Jangan --> Hotan, but I'd assume it's 641% (since I've done H-->J and that's 641%).
It's a waste to do a trade from Hotan to Jangan if you include time as a factor. It's better to just do a trade from Hotan to DW and DW to Hotan since that'd be around 900% instead of 641% (if you went Hot --> Jan) but this is only valid from my build and weapon stats (regular 64+4 blader in garms on camel).
There's not much point in doing anything but a camel since if you're going to get popped, you're going to get popped regardless, camels at least mean more profit, more life, and yeah...

ah but you forgot horse moves much faster at high lvls you make 150k+ doing 1* on horse and 200K+ doing 1* on ox but horse is about 15 minute trade if you fast (hotan-dw) while ox is 25minutes +

Death2All - That's what you call an exception.

They do move faster, that's true, that's why I said for me the time isn't that much different. I only do 1-2 trade runs...if ever. Since it's better to have a bull so that if you get popped, it'll last a bit longer, enough to put 100m between you and the transport at least. //once again though, this is just in my opinion.
I don't know, it's also easier to do a trade from hotan to dw and dw to hotan. I've had nearly a 100% success rate with only 1 or 2 failure in more than a hundred trades. Thieves ALWAYS wait at the crossroads near Jangan...always. So, anything involving Jangan, unless you want to go south around everything is going to be a loss...unless you're 80. But a lvl 80 doing a trade makes me lol.
I forgot what I was saying, but since I'm super amazing and all, I know I'm right and when I'm right it doesn't matter if you're wrong...because you are.
(jk btw)

Imagine doing a maxed 5 star in a fire ox from jangan to constantiople.
You would make soooo much
Then again it would take like 5 hours

naah, around 3hrs and the profit is farking lame, current percentage for trade is amazingly high compared to the one after job update, some examples:
jangan > donwhang = 208%
donwhang > jangan = 167% (almost the same distance as const > baghdad)
jangan > hotan = 312%
hotan > jangan = 250%
donwhang > hotan = 231%
constantinople > Samarkand = ~340%
samarkand > constantinople = ~340%
constantinople > hotan = ~450%
hotan > samarkand = ~320%
and...
constantinople > jangan = 488%
prices in Jg (in ksro) might be fcked up cause of the tax on everything there
