About Party and Non Party monsters in Euro and chinese sides

Hi,
I saw that will exist party monsters and silgle mosnters for non party players in Europe side, so a player can still grinding without a party.
However, above level 60 Euro characters will need to come to hotan/taklamakan side in china, there will be chinese silgle and party monsters monsters?

actually, euro mobs end at lvl 40
so lvl 41+ euro chars will come grind on chinese mobs, and yes chinese mobs are going to spawn party mobs.
Try a search before you post plz.

I didnt found anything about party mobs on chinese side, so the question.

I read again all the referended topic, i read all 7 pages of coments, as i did before, there is no reference about party/elite chinese mobs, its not clear, even being obvious that they should exist chinese party/elit mobs there is no clear reference, that is my question in first time.
