Someone can't use their credit card, they are underage so no prepaid creditcard or gift card.

Paypal I'd guess, if the parent allows it

I dunno I don't think there are payment methods like that best thing is a pre pay cnt think of anything else I heard of people getting there friends to do it but thats not recommended scammers,chargeabck and so on.

Paypal. But you would have to ask your parents for any way unless you have a friend do it.

I have a bank account, just can't find my checkbook to assign it to paypal.

or something.. i dont remember but ill see if i can find it somewhere.

You need to be of age I believe in order to buy those prepaid ones.

What you mean legally?

Theres other payment options available for other countries, like in Philippines you could purchase a silk gift coupon if I'm not mistaken. Check on the payment options.

Even if your underage you can use gift cards, not prepaid but the gift cards

You could have a credit card (Visa) even if your underage. your parent just have to sign on it and their name will appear before yours on the bill.

My dad deposit 100 $ on it, Then I add more when i ran out.

get a checking account and get a debit card with a verified VISTA, Mastercard, and etc Logo.

See thats the thing most parents arent foolish enough to give a kid a credit card...no way i would let my kid ruin my credit...

unless you mean a prepaid which isnt really a credit card, more of a debit...

Steal your parents credit card for 5 min. LOL

I hate paypal they put my account into limited access since i was new and they were curious why someone paid me $2,000 in one transaction. Well i sold my runescape account with billions of gold and rare party hats thats why and then they put my account into limited access even though the person that paid me confirmed the transaction. So i had to wait 180days/6months to get my money which I did in march 2007.

i will never trust paypal again. They withheld my money so they can gain interest from it.

If you weren't doing anything illegal, then you would comply with their request and fax in the required info to prove your identity.

hey can i also use Wallie-Card ( also a prepiad card ) for SRO ? since we cant get any MasterCard/VIsa prepaid cards here out in the Netherlands.

I have visa electron card, i just need to find and put some money on it and then i think i can use it as the "Click & Buy Euro" ^^
