hehe i hate sro right now cus i used like 10m in elixer and still no +4.........used lucky powder everytime......some one else say how much bad luck they have had so im not as cut n e more.

rofl and cant pplay anyother games because stupid norton wont tell me were i can find my trogan to delete it rofl any sugestions?

Premium doesn't do anything.

Do alchemy after grinding (do not repair before doing alchemy). Always works best for me.. If I don't get +4 in 1 try, it takes 2 or 3 at the max.

good idea, but the only bad parts about that is u need item to be +4 and u need astral and immortal on it, though im not sure how many you need

premium gives you 5 more percent in succeeding.

and astral lowers it a lot.

Assuming you got to +3 in three tries, that's about 17 failures from +3 to +4. I admire your perseverance, but perseverance turns into something else after a while. And that something else isn't determination. Well, if the item is SoSun, then it's determination. If it's not SoSun, well, you can guess.

problem is atral only works if its +4 or higher because example.
if its +5 it only resets down to +4

If this is really true, I am sorry for you and all those elixir. However this is an example of why not to do any alchemy at all. Just keep buying better weapons that others have made. Unless it is high level SOSUN and truely rare, let others have all the headache.

There is also more reason for this, and this is not some superstitious "after a grind" houey either. Joymax puts a variable in the weapon itself for luck that has nothing to do with the blue lucky stat or stones of luck. There is a variable number in the weapon for how easy it will be to enhance. Some weapons are like bad cars "lemons" sounds like yours has the worst possible lucky variable and that will never change.

If you only buy weapons that others have made you are assured to not get a "lemon".

Yes, but you can end up spending more money this way also. Alchemy truly is a luck of the draw. For example, i bought a 72 spear, 77% mag and 61% reinf for 7mil clean. +5 in 5 elixirs no astral. Str4 with 1 str stone. Int5 with 1 int stone. AR 40% with 2 stones. Duro 120% with 1 stone. Add all that up = ~16m for a weapon i can turn around and sell for ~60m. Buy it done for ~60m? or spend ~20m trying to make it? I always like to try first.

On the other hand, i bought a C10 glaive with decent % but the phys reinf needed fixing. Got full blues on it pretty easy but changing the phys reinf it assimilated the phys attack to 0%, and trying to fix the phys attack, assimilated the crit to 0%. Wasted a ton of money on stones and ended up breaking it cause i was pissed off, lol.

I get a ton more satisfaction making my own gear than buying premade stuff. But whatever blows your hair back.

Use Spybot to Remove the trojan if you can or You use AVG Free edition Anti Virus, or Use Avast Home Editon Anti Virus [Free]

You have to take chances. It's just a game. I got my first weapon +5 just by pure luck. I had enough silk for just 1 astral/immortal. So I decided to try +5. Well I tried and it failed. I felt sick because I thought I had wasted 10 bucks on a game. Then I looked and saw my immortal was still there. So decided to take a chance and try +5. So what if it went to 0 again? Atleast it couldn't break. Tried it and it went +5.





Gonna try +7 next month.

Yes, sometimes luck is fun and others it is just a pain. But also the by buying better premaid weapons you get to sell your old one for a proffit, and that is a great way to make money in SRO, buy low sell high and have gold on hand to snag that great weapon at a great price when you stumble over it in a stall. All should play the game however is most fun for them, but the original post was that the poor guy hated trying to + his weapon.

your luck is not as bad as mine who cares about +4 i reset the br on my shield 17>12 with attribute assimilation and the shield was 12m

If you wanna be poor, then buy other peoples stuff that they pimped. At lvl cap, I guarentee you their selling it for considerably more than what it cost them to make it.
