Well European char Wizard has ability to go invisible so this skill will let you see the invisible person. I hope that answers your question.

I am not too sure if its worth getting it or not. Most people when I was on Ksro (UoD server) I saw mostly Chinese chars when pvping or doing jobs. I didn't get a chance to see too many european chars in action. I mean European character Rogue(2 handed sword and double daggers) I think are able to see invisible character as well. Not many people will play as wizard I think so I guess its not really worth it. But if you got sp floating around, might as well get it

next to euro it says in that site arab something.. this means that in like 2 years there is going to be arab update in this game? its like till now we played only thid of the game?
man this will be so confusing to play when there if there will be lvl 120 and china euro and arab xD
