Ok I'm hoping you guys can help me since Joymax obviously couln't care less.

My account was banned because of a charge back. How do I take care of this? I don't owe Paypal any money but I guess I owe joymax money since they never got any.

Who do I send the money to and exactly how do I do this?

Your help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yes... I think I'm screwed though because I no longer have the same credit card.

Make sure paypal pays the money to JM that you owe them...and ask why pp retrieved your payment...I guess

I have... just not sure what to do because I don't owe paypal any money. and my paypal account is fine.

Tell PP that JM says you owe them money. Ask them to track all payments to JM and you'll figure it out.
